You could write blogs on your website and then give your readers the option to listen to them as short audio podcast conversations with Recast. We also have embeddable widgets of your Recasts that you can add to your blog. Find us on Product Hunt 'Recast' at ph.com slash posts/recast-4

Yeah they can be worth it. Depends on what your product is. Also it takes time until you see some results from your posts. Try to provide value to your users, fulfil their search intent and make sure your site is fast and well implemented.

If your goal is to drive traffic through SEO then that is your only option. Otherwise don't bother.

Of course, writing blogs for your website can be very rewarding. Blogs give advantages if you write very well and interest customers, orient/educate them about your product💥

Writing blogs is a little long-term game since its effect will not be visible instantly but it helps to create SEO for your product so optimizing the right keywords and writing blogs accordingly will yield good results and drive inbound traffic to your site provided your content resonates with your target audience.

Similar to what many people in this thread have said - its an SEO tool used to drive traffic from google primarily. Think of blog writing as a long term library building tool that will pay dividends in the long term - not a short term solution for driving traffic.

Of coruse you should write blogs. They are very powerful ways to reach and communicate with potential users , increase website traffic and brand awareness. But, your blogs must be well-written(SEO is recommended), topics should be interesting for your audience and potential audience.

As a Content Creator working with multi-billion dollar companies worldwide, I will breakdown for you. Let's say you are into the B2B space. It's absolutely necessary for you to create some form of content. It can be blogs, articles or case studies. Your website should have something that builds trust and enables the audience to know that the company has the capability of solving their problem. The content in this case can/may highlight the user journey, some common questions that they may encounter in the form of FAQs and blogs highlighting the benefits. Case studies is the section where you build trust and showcase your credibility. In case of B2C, Social Media Content comes into priority. But with blogs, you can get SEO benefits, thereby increasing search volume. Also, testimonials and how-to guide of your products can be a game-changer. Overall, if you know how to use content you will see it's worth. Only creating content makes no sense. You need to know the intent behind the content and how to use them properly. If you want further details, let me know. I will be happy to help!
