Hey everyone! 👋
I’m Victoria, co-founder of Trickle—an all-in-one tool that empowers everyone to build, launch, and manage powerful, beautiful AI agents, web apps, and forms.
Since we started in 2022, we’ve launched on Product Hunt 5 times, achieving:
🏆 2x Product of the Day
🎖️ 1x Product of the Week
🐱 2023 Golden Kitty Awards Runner-Up
And last Thursday, we were thrilled to be named Product of the Day again for Trickle! 🎉
Here are some quick stats from the launch:
👀 3100+ PV/day
👤 2500+ UV/day
📈 2400+ registered users
What surprised us the most? 🤯
Someone built a web app using Trickle that reached an incredible 940K views within 48 hours!! This absolutely blew us away and showcased how powerful Trickle can be for creators! 🙌
Excited to share our journey and learnings. And I can’t wait to see what creative and groundbreaking things you’ll build with Trickle! Let’s dive in!

@kellyann3644 Wow, Kelly! Thank you so much for your support and for loving Trickle! We’re really excited about what OpenCord AI will bring to the table and can’t wait for the surprises ahead!
Wow, congrats on the huge success with your launches and Product of the Day wins! 🎉 Would love to hear more about your secret sauce - any marketing tactics or product development approaches that you think contributed most to the wins? Also curious if you used any AI tools to help with things like copywriting, design, or development along the way. Always looking to learn from the best!

@jonathanedwardbrooks Thanks, Jonathan. Good question!
I think the headline is very important; it should tell everyone what you do in the briefest terms possible.
At the same time, when you have early users, listen to the problems they encounter and respond promptly to iterate the product.
Congrats on the amazing success! Curious to hear your thoughts on what made those 5 launches stand out. Any specific strategies or tactics you found particularly effective for getting visibility and traction on Product Hunt? Always looking to learn from the pros!

@alexandermoore Thank you for your kind words, Alexander.
I think the most important thing is of course the product - it must help to solve a very clear pain point.
Secondly, it is also important to establish more connections within the community.
Hope it helps.

Amazing milestones!!! how much time you took from one launch to the other? and we're they all new features of trickle or were they different startups?

Awesome @victoria_wu do you have a time limit between launches? Prdocut hunt speaking... and also when do you think its a great time to realaunch? or what makes a feature so killer taht you can do a realunch?
Trickle
@rupgo As far as I know, PH allows a product to launch once every six months. Of course, if your product has significant updates/new features, you can email the PH team to explain apply for a special launch.
For us, the previous version of Trickle was an AI screenshot management tool, but this time it has been upgraded into an entirely new tool for building AI apps.
Launching soon!
Very impressive track record! ✨ Quick question about your very first launch. How did it go? And what did you learn that helped future launches succeed?
Trickle
@karen_isbell Great question, Karen.
Hmm..I remember for our very first launch, we just read through the PH launch rules and went for it. We didn’t really do much prep beyond that.
But over time, we learned that it's really helpful to prepare teasers in advance and reach out to people in the community early on to build connections. That definitely made a big difference for our later launches!
Launching soon!
@victoria_wu Very helpful, thank you!
Congratulations, Victoria! 🎉 Your achievements with Trickle are truly impressive
What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced while building and growing Trickle?
Trickle
@jose_vitor2
Thanks, José! Great question.
I think Trickle has always had strong technical development capabilities, and we've always been focused on using AI to solve real pain points in people's work or daily lives.
So for us, the biggest challenge has been identifying those true user pain points and building a product that can effectively address them.
A lot of people see Product-Market Fit as a huge challenge, but I believe if you get the product right, PMF is just a matter of time:)
Wow, congrats on all the success with Trickle! 🎉 Hitting Product of the Day multiple times and being a Golden Kitty Awards runner-up is truly impressive.
question—how does Product Hunt impact your traffic? Have you seen a significant boost in new users or engagement from the platform? Also, any tips for a successful launch on Product Hunt would be amazing to hear!
It’s inspiring to see your team consistently delivering such great results. Rooting for you all! 🙌
@victoria_wu
Thanks for sharing your insights! It’s really impressive to see how much of an impact Product Hunt can have on launch day, especially in terms of traffic and new subscribers.
Great advice!
Trickle
@kwondy Thanks, Dongyoung. Good question! We’ve definitely seen a big impact from Product Hunt.
When we look at our Google Analytics dashboard, most of the traffic on launch day comes directly from PH. We also get a few thousand new subscribers right away. If there’re some newsletter share afterward, that traffic can keep going for at least another week.
So, keeping the momentum up after the launch is super important. As for tips, I’d say it's key to plan ahead, engage with the community early, and have a strong follow-up strategy to keep the buzz going!

That's quite an achievement! Congratulations on those launches and the Product of the Day wins. I'm curious to know how you decide on the right timing for a product launch? Are there specific market trends or internal factors that you closely monitor to determine when to introduce a new product?
Trickle
@zhaoz1203 Thanks, Alexa.
Yes! Timing is really important.
If you are launching for the first time and want to achieve the title of product of the day, then you might choose a weekend, as competition will be a bit lower then.
However, if you are looking for greater traffic, Tuesday or Wednesday are both good choices.
