I do not want to sound negative or so. Not at all. But I want to say openly and honestly that juggling multiple projects (clients or my own) is sometimes exhausting (I love it anyway). I need some time for myself to "dream". It helps me with my creativity. (I stay sane and safe at the same time.)
I decided to share several things that could help you overcome burnout.
Here are useful tips to try it on your own.
1. Set healthy boundaries
2. Plan and schedule content
3. Take a break from the screen
4. Celebrate your wins
5. Set realistic goals
6. Outsource and automate
7. Prioritize physical fitness
And what are your Mental Health Hacks? 🙂

Thank you for sharing. managing stress levels is important!
I would add journaling, it was life-changing for me.
It gives you connection with yourself through time, making you much more self-aware. In other words, it allows present you to influence your future decisions.
@busmark_w_nika No, I am not that organized) I use journalling to write down things I notice about myself (why I failed at something, what I felt doing something etc).
Over time it helps me to understanding myself as a continuous pattern of ups and downs.
All points you mentioned become more effective when you pay attention to them through longer periods of time, and journaling enables that.
Watch some youtube and netflix, it's okay to do dumb stuff and zone out of work stuff!
@busmark_w_nika podcasts are great also! Try to mix your podcasts also up with hobby based podcasts plus informational based podcasts!
Practice mindfulness and meditation: Take time each day to focus on the present moment, clear your mind, and reduce stress. Engaging in mindfulness exercises or meditation can help promote relaxation and improve mental well-being. Engage in hobbies and activities you enjoy: Dedicate time to activities that bring you joy and relaxation. It could be reading, painting, playing a musical instrument, or any other hobby that helps you unwind and recharge. Connect with others: Cultivate meaningful relationships with friends, family, or colleagues. Social connections can provide support, companionship, and a sense of belonging, which positively impacts mental health. MyKFCExperience
Writing down what I'm grateful for every morning has been life-changing. I also love working outside
@busmark_w_nika I live in the busy city of Miami, definitely wish I was surrounded by more greenery over here!
