i would like to work in a team but i have a trust issue, thats why i work alone

TBH, I like both scenarios as soon as I can do it simultaneously. I need team because there are many cool ideas from those great people who are able to share them and I can train my interpersonal skills. I need my projects as well because I build my discipline to be dedicated to something. It complements each other and this is how it works for me.

Whether to go solo or work with a team depends on your goals. Solo work offers autonomy and flexibility, ideal for tasks requiring focus. A team brings diverse skills and collaboration, perfect for tackling complex projects. Choose what aligns best with your needs and the task at hand.

Start from Solo and build team eventually when start getting good MRR

Depends. If you're scaling then obviously team, if just testing something out then solo.

Team team 😆 I love small teams, they bring back the feeling from the childhood when you are building something awesome with your playmates just because you’re all driven by a common passion to make something cool!

A team can be helpful in reducing your workload, but if you're just starting out and not earning a significant amount, it's better to remain a solopreneur.

I think it’s all about balance. Starting solo helps with focus, but as the vision grows, bringing in a team is essential to scale and tackle bigger challenges.

Honestly, it depends on the project. If it’s small, I like working solo because it gives me the flexibility to move at my own pace and learn every part of the process from start to finish. That said, I’ve realized you can’t go far without a team. Collaborating with others brings fresh perspectives, and dividing tasks helps get things done faster. Plus, there’s always something to learn from teammates. Overall, I’d say I prefer working in a team—it’s more dynamic, and you get mentorship and new ideas you might not have considered on your own.

I’d go with a team. It’s just way better to have different ideas and support when you need it.

Solo for now. Maybe a remote- and async-first team later.
