#1: Sell a result, not a website. A website is only ever a tool(but it should be usable)
#2: Business owners/users always care most about their core needs; not design, coding, or technical aspects, not even for your pretty face.
#3: The market pays you for the value you create; not your time, effort, background, number of followers, or elite school education.
