Sound like a Saas? Tenant Form Sender

I had the idea yesterday for a micro-saas product that auto generates forms to send them to people. Where I live there's a lot of forms that I know of that people send very regularly since I grow up in a family that is all in the construction industry. One example is the form for late payment of rent. There's also other things like complaints about the tenant, inspections notice, maintaince notice, change in rent, etc. There's also similar repetitive forms i've seen in the mortgage, real estate, and permitting area's. These forms are pdf's that need to be printed, filled out, scanned, and email. I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this being a micro saas. I think I could use Django to an MVP pretty quick. Storing tenant, customer, builder, etc. data and autofilling and emailing forms. I was thinking a free tier for less than 5 tenants, $10 a month for 20, and maybe $30 for 100. I was wondering if anyone's seen similar products? is this something you think people would pay for? Any problems you can think of to this work? Or just general opinion? Thanks in advance!
