How do you find the time and organize yourself to balance work, building a product and sport practice ? What's your plan ?

When it is summer, it is easier to get up... so after that, I have an approximately 20 min workout, then I try to have noon about 1-hour workout (2nd part) โ when I am lucky enough :D I go for a run before that workout and try to incorporate any other kind of movement (NEAT activity, walking, or swimming etc.) โ and, of course, I train every day :) I am used to.

itโs so hard to build good habits.
And work can easily break the circle, because there is always some work that needs to be done.

3 times a week. A strong body means a strong mind.
In winter I play hockey, so it's two times training in the evening and two games at the weekend. In summer I like to do different things, like gym, running, mountain biking, swimming. Most of the time I also do it in the evening, to get a balance to the long days of sitting in the office.
