dotBRAND addresses my personal pain points when I worked as a graphic designer. Therefore, we initially aimed to target a very niche market. However, despite considering the graphic design industry niche enough, we discovered that not every graphic designer is the ideal fit for our product. After months of trial and error, our user profile has become much clearer: they are the designers who are busy at executing projects and want to systematize their processes to help them have more time for design, lead a quality life, grow their business, and be better equipped to face future technological trends. How about you? What is your user profile?

Yeah, I get it. Understanding your ICP can get tricky, especially when just starting or pivoting. At drope.me we run a two-sided marketplace with gaming companies on one side and streamers on the other. In order to really understand what stands behind those actors we had to do a bunch of interviews and we now have a much better understanding of our users and their pain points.
