Most startups are destined to die. Even the funded ones. And miracle doesn’t happen with team that’s looking for stability and dislike ambiguity. Having such people in startups mostly causes faster death. Startups need problem solvers. Leaders can be problem solvers. Top leadership and middle management can be from that breed. Expecting the whole team - not to look for stability is a far fetched thought - imo! Can be done in 0-1 stage. Not so true in post 1 stage. Startups run on chaos. Stability seekers accelerate their demise, only fearless problem solvers can conjure miracles. What I feel that startups don't need problem solvers. they need problem lovers most folks run away from fires. startup folks run towards them if you're not excited by uncertainty, if chaos doesn't get your blood pumping, startups ain't for you stability seekers build careers. chaos junkies build companies

Totally agree that startups thrive on chaos and need problem lovers! If you're not obsessed with finding and tackling the hardest challenges, startups probably aren't for you. The best startup folks get energized by uncertainty and love running towards the fires everyone else is fleeing. Stability is the enemy of breakthrough innovation. Miracles happen when relentless problem solvers refuse to accept the status quo and fearlessly chase the crazy ideas everyone else thinks are impossible. Startup success ain't easy, but with the right team of chaos junkies, you might just make magic happen!
