Focusing on clear messaging, fast page loads, and strong CTAs helps a ton for optimizing landing pages on a budget. Some quick wins: make the page copy super concise, use social proof, and limit form fields. Prioritizing mobile is key too since that's where most traffic comes from these days. And of course, nailing your core value prop is essential!

To optimize landing pages cost-effectively, focus on clear messaging and a strong value proposition while keeping the design clean. Prioritize mobile optimization, fast loading speeds, and SEO with minimal form fields and actionable CTAs. Add social proof like testimonials
Well, I'd recommend learning WP, Wix, Webflow or any other website builder yourself if the budget is tight. They are quite user-friendly and it'll save you money on a web developer and then further costs when making changes.
Then heatmaps and analytics tools will help to see where users click and where they go. You can move your content around to adopt for your users and do it till you get results you want.
Also you can share links on socials and ask people (preferably your TA) hat they think.
Ask your friend/family to go through your landing and see how they navigate it and what questions they have and where they get stuck. You can then make any fixes after.
