My phone is in some sort of DND mode almost 24/7. Putting it in another room is very helpful.
Also just catching myself doing something wrong and consciously diverting myself back to my tasks.
Time blocking is one of the best ways to stay focused as well.

I think prioritization of tasks can be helpful!
I’ll literally just put my phone somewhere else than my work room.
With music and headphones, blocks all the noise.
