Finding specific information within multiple files can indeed be challenging. However, there are several methods and tools that can help you search through files efficiently: Using Built-in Windows Commands: If you’re comfortable with the command line, Windows has built-in commands like findstr which can search for text strings across multiple files. AARP Mahjongg Candy Third-Party Search Programs: There are programs like grepWin that support regular expressions and allow you to find and replace text. They can limit the search by file size, file type, and other criteria. Windows Search: You can configure Windows Search to include other file types in its index, allowing you to search for text inside any file. This requires modifying the Indexing Options to include the file types you want to search. Excel Advanced Find: If you’re working with Excel workbooks, you can use the advanced Find and Replace feature to search for specific text across multiple workbooks.

@jasper674 these are all true but what about letting that data work for you and having your own internal secure Wikipedia using your own files ... instead of searching all you would need to do is ask a question and all your information would be accessible to you just like a Google search! Thats what Keylight AI can do for you!
