Struggling to find who's the right competitor for me?

Hey everyone, I just launched userscom.com - it's a AI powered customer support ticketing software. Now I'm considering to focus on SEO for it for e.g. with comparison pages and blog posts. I wonder who should be my competitor. Is it intercom.com ? It's a big product. They have so many feature that we don't even have rn but our audience is same we both sell to SaaS founders. Or I should target small competitors but they don't have big search results etc
