Depends on what you're trying to achieve with it, really.
The easiest and quickest would be iMovie and Adobe Premier Rush. Beyond that, the learning curve is pretty steep with Premier Elements/Pro.
If you only have a few demos to do, imo your best bet is:
- screen record your demo
- write out a script for what you _actually_ wanted to say and make a basic storyboard
- hire a freelancer (from upwork, etc) to record the voice-over lines
- hire a freelancer to edit the video together
The freelancers combined will be cheaper than Premier Pro and you'll end up with a much better end product
