It contrasts focusing on eco-friendly, sustainable practices that may come with higher costs (sustainability) versus prioritizing profit maximization, often at the expense of environmental or social concerns (profit maximization)
which is better?

Yeah so the difference really comes down to long-term impact vs. short-term gains. Focusing on sustainability means adopting eco-friendly practices that might cost more upfront but lead to long-term benefits for both the environment and your business. On the other hand, profit maximization is all about increasing immediate profits, sometimes at the expense of environmental or social concerns. While that might work short-term, it can hurt your reputation and customer trust in the long run. Finding a balance between being profitable and sustainable is usually the best approach. :)
