Task prioritisation poll

We know how this matrix can help us to prioritise tasks wisely. But there is a common misconception at the job places, some frustration with tasks that are super complicated or super responsible, that employees prefer to start with smaller tasks to boost themselves before the vast projects. I am into this trap sometimes ;)
