I like the hybrid model but work most of the time remotely. What's your choice?

I love office first. As long as the office is in my apartment 😏
Marvin Mändle
@sentry_co haha like that. Actually I would go to the office more often, when it's not more than 15 minutes away from my apartment.

Hybrid is a good one for me ;)

I've chosen office first as I'm mostly working from the office, but hybrid is definitely the best approach.
Marvin Mändle
@dan_burns when my office would be near to my house I would definitely go more often. I also think hybrid is the future!

@dan_burns @marvin_maendle I wish we had an office space first. However, since our team operates fully remotely, we're able to maintain an efficient budget. We're launching "Cascad3 - A decentralized inspiration-driven publishing platform" on Product Hunt soon. I would appreciate your support and feedback by clicking the "Notify Me" button to stay tuned and be the first to know when Cascad3 debuts on the stage.👇 producthunt.com/products/cascad3 Thank you! I love to do work in office

I believe remotely! Using the example of the company https://litslink.com/, when quarantine began, they all switched to remote work and showed even better results than before

@maks_m1 cool, thanks for sharing. The remote working model offers a lot of possibilities for companies and can also improve productivity

I prefer remote work, I am not distracted by everyday things.

been working remotely for years now and I found it more suitable
I think hybrid is the best but it always depends on the distance a person has to travel to reach the office

Hybrid, office first. I can work from home, but only if there are some technical issues at the office (power outage, etc.)
Ivo Ivanovski
Mainly office, but with an option to work from home without special explanations or procedures :) Office is an advantage with newly built teams, startups etc.
Marvin Mändle
@ivo_ivanovski yes, everybody should have the option. Office can be an advantage if everybody is located around the office, yes.
Julia Engelsmann
Hybrid, but office first! :)
Giacomo Bretel-De Simone
Very hard to build something ambitious while being fully remote imo. Social setting and in person teamwork plays a huge role in drive & motivation
Marvin Mändle
@french_ninja the office energy is an argument for me, but do you really need it every day or is it enough once or twice a week. I'm more productive in my home office and could definitely built something fully remote. I think it depends on the person and team.

Hybird remote first
Rahil Alghaher
Remote better for business
