Only Telegram for private and business.
Whatsapp, Viber, etc. - peace of trash.

Telegram seems to be more reliable than WhatsApp (after all, we just had WhatsApp servers down). Also, it has a slightly cleaner, more intuitive interface. Also, I believe Telegram outpaces WhatsApp when it comes to releasing new features. However, WhatsApp has a wider user base and, at the end of the day, it's about which one your contacts use.
I've never used Telegram but for all of my international communication it seems like Whatsapp is the standard
@paul_vanzandt whatsApp still remains the platform I use regularly but telegraph is definitely a fun place to check out!
Telegram for sure, the UI/UX is just perfect, and I love their features!
@anna_mandziuk I always was a little biased towards whatsapp for some random reason until I actually started using telegram, it's really an amazing platform.
I think that WatsApp is easier to use. I had to teach my grandmother how to use a smartphone recently. I'm still reaping the benefits of that occasion, explaining the functions to her. I tried to explain to my grandmother how to use Telegram, but it didn't work. But it all worked out with WhatsApp. The messenger turned out to be easy to use for her. Of course she doesn't send postcards to my mother and me for the holidays, but she doesn't have any questions about the functions either. I even downloaded her version whatsmodapks so that she would have more functions.

I prefer Telegram but all of my friends and family use Whatsapp. It's a battle trying to get them to switch!
More people from my circle use WhatsApp but Telegram is quite popular too. So I'd say I'm using both.

WhatsApp, because everyone who I talk to regularly uses it. But I have heard a lot of good stuff about telegram.

So far Whatsapp just because everyone else in my circle uses it. But I would like to switch to Signal when possible.
Whatsapp for friends and Slack for work!
Since 2015, Adidas has used WhatsApp to respond to customer inquiries about their products and inform potential customers about new merchandise. However, they recently started a campaign that mixed influencer marketing with live chats.
Businesses interested in WhatsApp marketing can try out an automated programme called Social Epoch SCRM, which was created to send WhatsApp messages in mass directly from a PC or laptop in an efficient manner and was built on top of the Official WhatsApp Business APIs.
I would prefer WhatsApp because it is simple and secure
