Hi there! 🙌🏻 It is a challenging process to manage a successful customer success process. What kind of path do you follow for your customer success processes? If you have thousands of users, it's really hard to keep in touch with all of them. Even if you automate this process, people are very timid about automated processes. What are you doing for your customer success process?

Great topic, as a customer success manager I will follow the answers with care :) I think when you have a broad customer base, you need to do some segmentation and priorities. That way you can spend your time and energy more commercially focused

The biggest challenge in the customer success process is ensuring that customers are educated and engaged on their journey. It's not enough to expect customers to find answers in FAQs or online, as most customers need an extra boost in understanding how to use your product. While it can be challenging for businesses to successfully encourage their customers to learn about the product and truly understand how to get the most out of it, it is incredibly important. Investing time into customer education will result in them feeling connected to, and excited about, your product - leading to higher customer success, satisfaction and loyalty.
