    Hello Guys! I am over here reading about the latest recruiting issues companies are facing atm. According to your experiences, what is the biggest recruiting struggle?

    Companies' biggest recruiting struggle is finding a committed and talented team. This is especially true in the early stages of a startup when time is limited, and it's impossible to find a full-time hire that's available immediately.

    @ali_shaheen Its necessary to keep up with the companies values to ensure everyone is on the same page and also everyone will work for in the same direction :)

    For me, the hardest part of recruiting was finding the perfect candidates to fit into my team. I was lucky enough to discover the Job Today site where I was able to post jobs ads https://jobtoday.com/us/landings... and surprisingly get applications within minutes. In addition, it is quite easy to create a job ad here, as well as access the talent pool, where you can find many good candidates.
