Yes! It's such a hard habit to build, and is daunting putting something into the world that isn't fully baked. But so important!

I think what will prove to be most helpful in creating great content is connecting with your target audience and genuinely trying to understand what they potential (users / readers/ viewers) are expecting and then creating and presenting it in an apt way.

Consistency is also a key for improvement. You might become Picasso eventually.

In my opinion, usefulness and quality is very important. It's good when you really understand what you are writing about, and not just create and share your content

I think the most important thing is to know your perfectly your buyer personas. What are their challenges, needs, fears ? Thanks to those information, you could create the most usefull content. But also what social networks do they use, what blogs do they read, where do they look for information ? This will allow you to deliver the content to the right place. And don't forget to talk to your prospects and clients regularly to learn more about them ! PS : today is the big day for my team, we are launching our tool Plezi One and we are third 🤞 If you want to help us, it would be very appreciated !

Asking your team mates what they would like to share with their customers. After that, it's a matter of time, style and consistency.

In other words, always consider your target audience and the rest of your readers. Don't always act so smart. Explain in a way that everyone can understand. People are in the internet for a reason :)
Properly understanding the purpose of the content really helps in writing great content.

Well elaborated context and the value it brings in the content is what matters the most.

The fear of the blank paper in front of you should also be addressed! Do not try to start off with something great – start with something and then sharpen it!
