Do you check your social media during the weekend?
I try not to use my phone on the weekends, but unfortunately, it's often impossible.🤷🏻♀️
However, for three hours a day during the weekend, I make sure to turn it off and go out into nature. ☘️🌿🌎
What’s the case with you? 🙉

It really depends on what I'm working on, while I value my family time above all else, there are times when we are rolling out updates, or want to interact with potential users that you must be online in order to do so. And I happily do it knowing that its for the greater good of the company and our goals.

I check social media on weekends, not for business purposes but for recreation.
I do and (un)fortunately I don't think I've ever spent a day without my phone which includes social media as well :)

Hello Goradana. I work with social media so thats pretty much my bread earner, though I make sure whenever I am meeting friends or family the phone is kept aside and is on silence. Trust me it gets easier to keep it away if you are doing more activities not involving phone. Also its good to hear that you voluntarily make a no-phone time for yourself. I’m aware that jobs have moved to the ‘online world’ and it’s really difficult to function without a phone. But, I’m very happy because there are still people like you who consciously put their phone on the other side of the table when they are with friends. That’s very rare nowadays!
