When crafting website experiences, my North Star is to make users feel as delighted as a kid in a candy store, ensuring they navigate smoothly and leave with a virtual sugar rush of satisfaction!

Hey @vertikanigam! 😄 Great topic! For me, the ultimate goal is to create a seamless and intuitive user journey that not only meets user needs but also delights them at every touchpoint. A happy user is a returning user! What about you? What's your main focus when designing experiences? 😍🚀

@vertikanigam 😂 It think you are right. In my experience, making the design more user centric always gave me better results. Happy customer makes a Happy Developer. 🤷♀️😁
I've learned to try and craft a website experience that allows for great wayfinding.
User journeys are a good template, but users don't always follow the paths you think they would on a website.
So, no matter where they land on the website, they can easily access other sections.
@vertikanigam I think the ultimate goal in designing website experiences is to create a seamless and intuitive journey for users, enhancing engagement and achieving conversion goals.

@bhhavesh_desalhey So the ultimate goal would be "delightful customers" or "business impact"?

@vertikanigam There is no this or that, we always have to find that silver lining and balance both of things. If users are not happy with the experience, it will impact the business and if you only focus on experience, business will go in different direction.
