Chatted to a small team doing > 1k/mo. Found out they have the infrastructure in place to scale to $10k/mo 🚀 So I laid out EXACTLY what they need to do to scale fast. Know what they said? “We’d rather hit $1k/mo and scale sensibly and predictably” Am I crazy or is that the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard?

It's not, it's smart assuming they are doing it for the right reasons. I grew from 0 to 6 figures a month in 6 months. Things broke and it create tons of problems. I should have grown slower, figured out things and built a stronger foundation, and then scaled up after. Things can get out of hand QUICKLY, even if you think you're prepared.
