Thoughts/experiences with VA agencies?

I've started one that connects South African marketing talent(My home country) to the US. I have not seen a lot of agencies do this, the majority specialize in talent from the Philippines. This surprised me because we have top Unis for marketing and graphic design roles. We have the highest unemployment rate in the world at 29.8%.. and there's a lot of great talent that goes wasted or ends up leaving to the UK or AUS. I'm trying to stand out by providing my assistants with more targeted educational resources from living in business Twitter myself and also helping with the project management setup to delegate to your VA and get my sort of consultancy role where I review and help improve where I can. I just updated my site the other day, and I've already got a meeting booked through Reddit -> my B2B side project -> outforce.xyz. Interested to know what did you hate/love about VA agencies you've worked with in the past?

All of the VAs we have are freelancers with exceptional skills. We are lucky to be able to get these talents and they are from the Philippines.
