I was looking into that a lot, as it seems like a trend that will stick. The most interesting is the creation of totally new talents for developed countries, because it is possible now to hire anywhere in the world (one can pay 2-3x times less and get much better talent in the developing countries). We are still in early days of it, so let's see how it will evolve.

I like working in person. As much as my anxiety can get in the way of things. I think challenging that and staying in person with stuff can benefit people more.
Honestly, I see much more cost savings if everyone just moved to remote work.
Obviously for some jobs, this is infeasible, but most work could be done remotely.
