Thoughts/Product ideas on how GPT/AI can disrupt HR space?

Hi! I was thinking about this recently. One idea is to build HR software that allows employees to interact/interface with the new/coming AI agents (plugins, BabyAGI, AutoGPT, etc.) to power the agents where total APIs or automation isn't a possibility.
