Hi Product Hunt community! I'm in the early stages of launching my startup and could really use some advice. What are some key things to focus on when you're just starting out? How do you validate your idea and attract your first users? Any insights or resources would be greatly appreciated!

Experiments with free trials or early access. It lowers the barrier for users to try your product and can give you solid feedback early on.

Focus on validating your idea through small, talk to potential customers, gather feedback and iterate quickly. To attract your first users, offer something valuable for free or build a community around your product, while leveraging social proof to create trust :)

Social proof matters! Start by building a small community or getting testimonials from early adopters. People trust people.

Stay lean. Don't over invest in features you think users will want wait for them to tell you what they need.

Start small. Focus on a niche and grow from there. It's easier to build a strong base with a specific audience before scaling.

Get out and talk to potential users. You'll learn from a new few conversations than from hours of planning on your own.

Don't overthink the product in the early stages. Build, launch, and then refine based on real user feedback. Done is better than perfect!
