@giang_dang All of these efforts would bring more visitors to the website. But the conversion to demo bookings or signups is quiet low. Do you have any suggestions to improve that?

Thank you, @lukas_nedo, for taking time to look at our website and point out things. I really appreciate it. We are in the process of enabling a 14-day free trial for customers to explore the product on their own. I believe once it goes live, there won't be any confusion.
@giang_dang @vijay_anand5 Clear and Compelling Call-to-Action (CTA): Ensure that your website prominently displays a clear and enticing call-to-action. Use action-oriented language that guides visitors towards taking the desired action, whether it's signing up for a demo, booking a trial, or subscribing.
Value Proposition: Clearly communicate the unique value and benefits your product offers. Explain how your product addresses your target audience's pain points and solves their problems. Use concise, compelling language that resonates with your audience.
Simplified Sign-up Process: Make the sign-up or booking process as streamlined and easy as possible. Minimize the number of form fields and steps required to complete the action. The smoother the process, the more likely visitors are to follow through.
Social Proof and Testimonials: Display customer testimonials, case studies, and reviews on your website. Positive feedback from real customers can build trust and credibility, assuring potential customers that your product is worth trying.
Scarcity and Urgency: Create a sense of urgency by highlighting limited-time offers, exclusive deals, or availability. Scarcity can encourage visitors to take action sooner rather than later.
Personalization: If feasible, personalize the user experience based on the visitor's behavior and preferences. Tailored recommendations or offers can make visitors feel understood and increase the likelihood of conversion.
Address Objections: Identify common objections that potential customers might have and proactively address them on your website. This could be through FAQs, chatbots, or dedicated sections explaining how your product overcomes these concerns.
Live Chat Support: Implement a live chat feature on your website to provide real-time assistance to visitors. This can help answer questions, provide additional information, and guide visitors toward conversion.
A/B Testing: Continuously perform A/B tests on various elements of your website, such as headlines, CTAs, colors, and layout. This can help you identify what resonates best with your audience and optimize for higher conversions.
Follow-Up and Retargeting: For visitors who didn't convert initially, use retargeting campaigns to remind them about your product. Sending follow-up emails or displaying targeted ads can reignite their interest and prompt them to take action.
Interactive Content: Consider using interactive content, such as quizzes, calculators, or assessments, to engage visitors and provide personalized value. Interactive experiences can increase engagement and conversions.
Transparent Pricing: If applicable, provide transparent pricing information. Hiding pricing details can create friction and lead to drop-offs. Being upfront about costs can help visitors make informed decisions.

@giang_dang @lukas_nedo Buyers evaluate at least 5ā6 vendors in parallel. They see similar information on all the vendors' websites and other materials. How do we stay ahead of the competition to express our own value proposition? Would PLG be the only way?
@giang_dang @vijay_anand5 I attempted to start the free trail, but unfortunately, I did receive the email confirmation about 20 minutes late ! This situation could potentially hinder the conversion process quite a bit ā a humorous hiccup, if you will. I hope you've already addressed this issue, but just in case, it's worth a double-check!
Another question that's been on my mind: What exactly does the demo entail? It caught my attention that there are two different call-to-action buttons: "Book a Demo" and "Start Free 14 Days Trial."
Curiosity got the best of me, and I clicked on "Start Free 14 Days Trial," only to be greeted with a notification that I would receive an email for booking a demo. At this point, I can envision many people bouncing off the page in confusion.
Now, here's where I'm a bit puzzled. Are the demo and the 14-day trial the same thing? To me, they seem like two distinct concepts. Based on my past experiences, products like yours tend to be self-explanatory and can be explored independently by customers. In my opinion, a more effective approach might be to offer a free trial with an optional onboarding tutorial (that can be skipped) included within the 14-day trial period.

Thanks for sharing! social media, influencer marketing and SEO have all been working well for us. Definitely recommend testing regularly and frequently to understand what channels work and do not work for you.
If anyone is thinking about leveraging video first channels like TikTok, Reels (which in my opinions are all underrrated channels) try out Vizard! We help marketers create video with one click.
We are launching today! would love for anyone to check us out!

Marketing in the first month is really manually recruiting your users.
Until your product is good (aka retention) then you can start trying to do more scalable or costly acquisition strategies.
I've learned alot. Thanks
