To all makers - by how much percent has your product pivoted from its original idea?

We haven't launched yet and are trying so so hard not to add features in at the moment as we expect our focus group to change things up when they come on-board in Jan

When we first started we only pursued an idea because we thought it was good. We definitely learned our lesson and have a problem-validated idea now.

Design changes are UI/UX are something that can’t be controlled totally.
