Which one do you use for personal time management and why do you think your choice is better?

If you are choosing between a simple to do list and a full-fledged task management tool, it's better to test multifunctional project management software with advanced opportunities.
I've suggested to try GanttPRO https://ganttpro.com/ where you can find a professional Gantt chart, board view, and other useful features.
Creating projects is simple and quick in GanttPRO, and the drag & drop feature makes it easy to add new tasks, create dependencies, assign resources, track progress, manage dates, and, if needed, change data.

Actually, I combine a to-do list with a mind map. I do have a time-tracker, but it is not very useful for planning activities, just to measure how much you took in each item of your list.

Unlike task management software, which enables you to merely plan and manage activities, project management software allows you to plan the project scope, track project budgets, produce invoices, and assess resource load, among other things. It is mostly determined by a variety of elements, such as the tool's fundamental features and applications for the tasks at hand.

Hmm, this is a hard one because I don't think there is a right answer. Depends on how complex your work is. I use a combination of Todoist and Notion. Every time I think of a task during the day I put it into Todoist and when I come home if it's a larger task I put it into Notion and make subtasks, but if it's something small like "send an email to X" I will just do it and check it off of Todoist.
