If you could give yourself one tip to prepare for your launch, what would it be?

Cut that "last essential feature" that was "needed" for launch. Get comfortable with shipping with some minor bugs. Spend more time on marketing. Spend more time on marketing. Spend more time on marketing. Spend more time on marketing. Spend more time on marketing.
