Transitioning to sales/GTM

I've found that the transition to a sales and GTM focus is primarily difficult due to the indeterministic nature of these motions. Also, the longer feedback loop drags out iteration, increasing the importance for quality data collection and management as well as A/B testing. You can't sit at your desk all night to finally "solve" GTM problems like you can for a lot of specific eng tasks! Curious to hear others' thoughts and tips
