Hello everyone, In this discussion, I want to share my personal experience creating a PBN (Private Blog Network) targeting English-speaking audiences, and I invite all of you to share your insights and successes. I believe this could be a great place for us to help each other and guide newcomers in this area. Let’s dive in! A couple of months ago, a friend and I decided to embark on creating a PBN. We had experience in website development and SEO, which definitely came in handy. We opted for a reliable, yet simple hosting solution (I can share more about our choice via DM to avoid seeming promotional, but trust me, the results are surprising). One of our major challenges was sourcing a ton of unique content. We decided to use a WordPress plugin, the AI Content Wizard, which not only writes unique SEO-optimized articles, manages meta tags, and internal linking but also creates unique images using AI. This plugin has been a game-changer for us. When it came to domains, instead of going for the more expensive already popular ones, we chose to save some money by registering new ones in cheaper zones like .fun, .website, etc., costing around $1-3 each. We then created a basic template with a proper structure, basic SEO, appealing visuals, and general functionality. This template was replicated across different domains, and from there, we would launch our content generation plans and finalize the SEO. Voilà! Within 1-2 weeks, we had 100 sites ready and open for indexing. The first 50 were focused on niche topics with evergreen content, while the second batch of 50 targeted tourism, with each site dedicated to a different country. Of course, we faced difficulties, initially with the hosting service and the frequent downtime of sites (we later switched to a better host which I mentioned earlier). After the first 10 sites, monitoring the state of the network became a challenge. It's impractical to check each site constantly. To tackle this, I developed a custom panel for monitoring site availability. If a site goes down, a notification is sent to our Telegram channel. This system also syncs with Search Console and Analytics, performing basic checks like whether the site is open for indexing, the presence of a robots.txt file, etc. This panel significantly reduces human error by allowing real-time monitoring and alerts for any issues. While the sites were published at different times and not all at once, none of them are older than 2-3 months. The initial results post-indexing have been impressive. By the way, choosing AI Content Wizard was no accident. Among all the options we tested, it consistently provided the highest quality content and even allows us to generate a content plan for up to six months, with articles being published at regular intervals. That’s a brief overview of my experience so far. I hope you find it helpful. I’m eager to hear your ideas and learn from your experiences as well.
