@mr_coders I love the focus on the customer. I'm curious, what tools do you use to capture NPS? I'm always wary of bugging customers too much.

Well, aside from sales and revenue (because who doesn’t love those?), I'd say retention and product stickiness are the rock stars here. If users keep coming back, it’s like finding "Her Ideal Match" in the business world—proof you’re doing something right.
