Video translation or video generated from a script?

Hey everybody, Currently I produce YouTube videos in my mother tongue German. The videos are mainly „how to use our software“ videos. So you can see the Browser and I explain and show how you can solve a problem with our no-code solution. Now I reach german customers. In the future, I want to create videos in other/more languages. What would you recommend: - video creation in German, then translation of the subtitles? - video in German, then translation in other languages with AI? - writting a script, then video generation with AI from the script? - something totally different? I would love to hear real experiences with pros and cons. Thanks
