Users down 15% compared to the previous week 📉 Sales up (sold 2x Product HQ dashboards) compared to previous week 📈 What numbers are you tracking on a weekly basis? What metrics are often overlooked in favour in less informative metrics?

I think what matters is the conversion rate, it helps to put in perspective the number of visitors you get. Also the bounce rate, average time spent on the website and the number of actions made (are your CTAs effective?) by a visitor are good metrics to know if your website retains attention.

@pierre_kraus @hugh_dawkins Agree. And I wonder how off would conversion rate, bounce rate etc go around the time when you launch on PH. The spike is bound to terribly affect conversion numbers.

@hugh_dawkins @nishith_shah Good point! For a per week analysis, you can always exclude the launch week.
