7. šš¼š¹š± š¹š²š®š±š => šš®šæšŗ š½šæš¼šš½š²š°šš ā if I can get 4,000/20,000 followers to show interest in what I am building, I don't need a single cold call or cold email to be sent out, at least not until we get to some solid traction.
8. šš²šš²šæš®š“š² šš¼ššæ šš¼š°š¶š®š¹ š°š®š½š¶šš®š¹ ā use your social capital to find who needs help with what you can easily provide. Pay it forward.
9. š š®šæšøš²š š»š²š²š±š ā by carefully listening to the market, and reading what people say, you can stumble across unique insights that you can use to form a service/product.
10. ššŗš½š¹š¼šš²š² š®š±šš¼š°š®š°š š®š»š± šÆšæš®š»š±š¶š»š“ ā I do not need to opt-in for expensive hiring systems. By sharing our values publicly, we get the best candidates to come to us.
