Soon after making it #4 on PH we got messages from VCs and after some discussions we got our first investors. Happy to answer any questions the community might have about this!

@henry_habib Their attention I think came from being on top of PH and then them liking our idea - using automatic people analytics and AI to help teams grow.
But with those that did end up investing I think they honestly also thought I was a good enough founder to entrust their money. Previously I manages a software development company and it was acquired in 2022. So even though I'm a sole founder, which some of the VCs don't like I think my previous experience helped seal the deal.

@jonathantahiry When we launched we had almost no traction. Most leads we had at that moment came about specifically from the launch itself. VCs that got interest, it seems got interested in the idea itself - we essentially use automatic people analytics and then add AI that can suggest improvements to the entire team. So i'd say we got noticed because of the ranking but then they saw our ideas as different from all others and some of them decided to take a chance!
