This is a good one. I am a repeat founder with previous exits and have made plenty of mistakes along the way. In my opinion building a business is all about people, capital and product My top three: 1) hiring too fast, take the time. Undoing the wrong hire takes 10x more effort and does more damage than moving slower to find the right people (attitude attitude attitude) 2) raise what you need to hit your next milestones, be clear on what this is and make sure the valuation is sensible 3) mistaking early adoption for genuine product market fit

@qcs I totally agree with you! I have made the mistake of hiring too fast couple of times and recently just got hit because I made that mistake few months ago. This is a very important one I will put into consider moving forward
