Webisite non working. It's just me?

Hello, I've had numerous frustrating experiences while browsing this website. Often, when I click on a link while on a page, the loading process initiates—indicated by the red loading bar at the top—yet more than 50% of the time, the browser remains on the same page without actually loading the linked content. My only recourse is to either attempt to reload the page and try again or restart from the homepage and start anew. I'm curious if this issue is unique to me or if others have encountered the same problem.
