We can't improve what we don't understand, and that's where user feedback comes in. Whether it's through surveys, user testing, or social media, every piece of feedback is valuable and can inform product improvements. Therefore, let's listen carefully to our users and create experiences that are appropriate for them.
This message emphasizes the importance of user feedback in product development and encourages the Product Community Manager's audience to prioritize listening to their users to improve their products.

100% and sometimes it's not the same as us thinking like we are the users (sorry but we already have the answer because we are way involved, let's not forget that)
@damon_ledford True that!

It's really important to listen to your users' experiences and feedback so you can solve problems, understand their needs, and take action accordingly. All feedback is valuable, so it's important to take the time to listen to it and learn from it.
@dogukan_tezcan I absolutely agree!

An advice I've read on this is to try and speak with a user at least once a week. I guess in a B2B business it might be once every two weeks, but it's a similar story.
Listening will always be a benefit to us in the long run. How often do you chat with users @sanchi_arya? :)
@veselin_kostov That's a great advice. We are still in our beta phase so we try to interact with them on a weekly basis. With time I will make it a point to do so more often.
