What advice do you have for a start-up company looking to develop AI-native applications?

I believe that algorithms (including computing power), data, and application scenarios are the three dimensions that AI applications need to consider. Companies without the ability to research and develop infra can focus on data and scenarios. Mature companies have both data and scenarios, while start-ups have only scenarios and lack data. Therefore, finding unique scenarios, generating and accumulating private data, and establishing a vertical segmentation barrier using this data after the AGI fine-tuning ability is sound is essential. 💡🧐
