I am now on my second startup and there is one thing everyone tells you, but I think is harder to implement than it sounds.
It is gathering feedback, and gathering good feedback.
It is all focused on understanding whose feedback is the most valuable and getting to those people. Knowing that your partners or family opinion about your product is not really enough ;)

One piece of advice I wish I had received earlier is to embrace failure as a stepping stone. Early in my journey, I often feared making mistakes, not realizing that each one was a vital learning opportunity. It wasn't until I started viewing failures as valuable feedback that I truly grew. It’s important to take risks, learn from the outcomes, and keep moving forward. Every setback can serve as a setup for a comeback if you allow it to be part of your growth process.
