My advice for someone who is working on a SaaS product for the first time would be to focus on solving a real problem for your users. It's important to do market research and understand the needs and pain points of your target audience, and then build a product that addresses those needs in a user-friendly and effective way. It's also crucial to prioritize features and focus on building a minimum viable product (MVP) to test and validate your assumptions before investing too much time and resources into a full-featured product. Lastly, don't forget to prioritize customer feedback and iterate on your product based on their needs and suggestions. What advice would you give to someone who is working on a SaaS product for the first time? Do you have any additional tips or suggestions?

Start with landing page, build waitlist, talk to waitlist users and then think about MVP unless you need MVP for the landing page. I wrote about this approach in 'Zero To Founder' book.
