One year ago, I didn't know I would be interviewing people.

My advice to myself a year ago: Start that side project you've been thinking about, even if it seems small. Consistency is π. Also, don't forget to enjoy the journey! ππ #StartupLessons

I would tell myself to embrace uncertainty more, take risks, and focus on learning from every experience. Patience and persistence are key to long-term growth.
It's easy to get caught up in productivity or achievement, but maintaining a balance between work, relaxation, and personal growth is essential. Taking time to recharge is as important as pushing forward.
