I'm currently using Mixpanel, it's been great so far but looking for other options (apart from the usual GA4, Matomo, etc.)

I'm still using GA3 😅 Still works for some reason
Check out HotJar, it's great to see how users are interacting with your website and find where the bottlenecks are in your flow.

Microsoft Clarity and GA4 for now. We are probably going to replace GA4 with a self-hosted solution such as Plausible.

@deep_lakhani I've heard great things about plausible! Might give it a try! Thanks for your recommendations!

I'm using June, great for SaaS imo
Pendo: Pendo is particularly useful for software companies. It offers a blend of product analytics, user feedback, and in-app messaging tools. This platform is excellent for understanding user journeys and improving user experience.

Hi Steve! Try https://usermaven.com. It's simple, accurate, privacy-compliant, and offers in-depth tracking features like pixel white-labeling, attribution, segmentation, event tracking, and a contacts hub.
