What app do you use to make layouts (simple banners, Insta stories, promo images)?

Most of us have a limited budget so sometimes it's easier to make some layouts by ourselves (or when your designer is very busy). What app do you (your colleagues) prefer?

As for me, I prefer Canva, it's a super easy, user-friendly platform and for people without hard design skills. But maybe you know more apps?
