Not connecting with a team (social interaction)
Balancing time
Noise at home because of family. The way I faced that was by getting noise-cancelling headphones
Sticking to a schedule with all the distractions available. I started to set boundaries to do the same and its' working out great for me since.
I have been on both part of the spectrum, so will share my experience
Remote work
- No commuting
- More time for yourself
- Companies think you are available out of working ours
- Less expensive
- Do whatever we want in our free time
Office
- Will lean more from seniors
- Network with people
- Build relations
- Expensive
- Time wasted in commuting
- Is fun, when you have same vibe people
- Is bad, if you don't have the same vibe people
@rishabhravindran So what is your preference?
