Magnetiq is an all in one digital marketing solution. We recently launched our solution globally. As a team, and considering our target audience, we believe that cold mailing is a strong acquisition area for us. What are some tools/strategies community can share with us for cold mailing.

I love email because there is so much room for experimentation and rapid learnings. We used LinkedIn sales nav to identify targets - a great resource for finding contacts, but also a wealth of information to integrate for greater personalization. Biggest thing: Be okay with rejection, lots and lots of rejection! Doesn't matter so long as you get enough quality interactions from it.

Hey Omer, first of all, Magnetiq looks quite interesting. Will check it out :) Coming to your question, here are some of my quick thoughts 1. Setup domain/emails you want to use for cold reachout. Ideally a different domain than your main one. 2. Use any of the email warmer tools to warm up the emails (tools like quickmail/snov) 3. Define your ICP and create segments. Once you do that, you can use tools like Apollo to get the data 4. Copy writing. This is the key. Test different subjects. Personalize emails. Test different copy. Test different frequency. Test test test :) 5. Set up the campaigns using any of the 100s of tools out there. Monitor, make changes, monitor. Hope this helps :)

Tip #1: Define your target audience (and find the right contact information) Tip #2: Write a catchy subject line Tip #3: Add personalization Tip #4: Add a strong (but not sales-y) CTA Tip #5: Stay away from email templates Tip #6: Don’t forget to follow up

Don't forget to personalize your emails.πŸ“ Make your prospect feel that you have done some research about them before sending the mail, and you do not need to send the same email to everyone.

@gurpinder_singh Absolutely. We also found that narrowing our cohorts based on common attributes helped to give a greater sense of personalization in bulk mail.
A lot of people get afraid of cold emailing, but the truth is, it's not as hard as you think! Just follow these three simple steps: 1. Do your research. For example, if you're cold mailing venture capitalists, ensure you know everything you can about their firm. Who are the partners? What are their interests? What companies do they like to invest in? 2. Include a short bio of yourself. In the past, I've included links to one or two of my blog posts that are relevant to what I'm pitching. This lets the reader get to know you and see that you're an expert. 3. CUSTOMIZE. I cannot stress this enough. It seems like such a small thing, but it makes a huge difference. Personalizing your emails can have a significant effect on getting a response.

Hi Omer, the site looks interactive and modern. Do you have the ability to choose the currency of payment, for example, in dollars? I don't have much experience with cold mailings, so I'm happy to read this discussion. 😁

We use video in email which really helps us standout, as we are building a video generation tool we use our own product vidon.ai but you can just record yourself normally.
